1. Introduction
Access to this Sellfy store and all digital products offered through it is regulated by the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Use of the Store—including browsing, purchasing, downloading, or interacting with any Product—constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any individual unwilling to accept these terms must discontinue use of the Store.
2. Definitions
Merchant: Peacefulmom Homeschool, operating this store and providing all digital educational resources.
Products: All digital downloads sold within the Store, including unit studies, worksheets, activity packs, neurodiversity-supportive learning materials, PDFs, and all electronic educational content. No physical items are sold.
User / Customer: Any individual accessing the Store, browsing Products, or completing a purchase.
The Store: The Peacefulmom Homeschool Sellfy storefront and digital-delivery systems associated with Sellfy.
3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
All Users accessing the Store must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
Checkout information must be accurate, current, and complete.
Users are responsible for:
• downloading files promptly after purchase
• securely storing files on personal devices
• maintaining device, browser, and software functionality
• ensuring appropriate supervision when using educational materials with children
4. Nature of Products
All items are digital downloads only, provided in electronic formats such as PDF or PNG.
No printed, shipped, or physical materials are included.
Products are designed for at-home educational use and often include neurodiversity-supportive, sensory-friendly, visual, hands-on, and differentiated learning activities.
5. Digital Delivery & Access
After checkout, Sellfy generates immediate download links.
The Merchant does not guarantee ongoing access to files if Users fail to download and store files immediately.
Loss of files, device malfunction, or deletion of purchased materials does not entitle the User to a second download unless determined otherwise by the Merchant.
6. Pricing, Payment & Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted.
Prices may change without notice.
The amount displayed at checkout is final.
Payments are processed exclusively through Sellfy’s approved payment processors.
Any applicable taxes or payment-processing fees will appear during checkout.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All sales of digital downloads are final.
No refunds, returns, or cancellations are offered for:
• downloaded or accessed files
• accidental purchases
• change of mind
• duplicate orders
• device or printer incompatibility
• User inability to operate PDF readers or digital tools
• assumptions inconsistent with Product descriptions
• issues caused by User software or internet limitations
Replacement files will be provided only in cases of Merchant-side file corruption or formatting errors.
8. License Grant & Usage Restrictions
Purchasing a Product grants a single-household, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license.
Permitted Use:
• printing and using materials within one household
• storing purchased files on personal devices
• using materials exclusively for home education or private enrichment
Not Permitted:
• sharing files or download links outside the purchasing household
• distributing files in any group, co-op, classroom, or therapy setting
• uploading files to shared drives, group chats, social platforms, or cloud folders
• using content for commercial teaching, tutoring, classes, or groups
• altering, modifying, repurposing, or creating derivative works
• removing branding, copyright statements, credit lines, or page marks
• using any content for AI training, machine-learning datasets, or automated content generation
Any violation constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All Products—including text, graphics, lesson plans, sensory activities, differentiated instructions, neurodiversity-supportive content, visual aids, and design layouts—are the intellectual property of Peacefulmom Homeschool.
All content is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
Purchase does not transfer ownership or grant any sublicensing rights.
10. Appropriate Use of Neurodiversity-Focused Educational Content
Products may include sensory activities, hands-on tasks, movement-based activities, fine-motor tasks, environmental exploration, and STEM-based components.
The Merchant does not evaluate children’s sensory profiles, motor development, behavioural needs, or therapeutic requirements.
Users must evaluate:
• suitability for each child’s developmental level
• sensory tolerance
• motor skills
• behavioural safety
• environmental risks
• required supervision
• any adjustments necessary for neurodiverse needs
Products are not clinical tools, therapy programs, diagnostic resources, or substitutes for professional intervention.
11. Child Safety, Risk Awareness & Activity Supervision
Educational activities may involve scissors, glue, craft materials, small items, movement, outdoor exploration, sensory bins, environmental observations, or simple experiments.
By using any Product, all Users acknowledge full responsibility for ensuring safe participation.
This includes:
• close supervision
• safe learning environments
• risk assessment
• prevention of choking hazards
• appropriate material selection
• adaptation for neurodiverse sensory needs
• substitution or modification of activities if required
12. Liability Release, Assumption of Risk & Safety Waiver
All activities and resources are undertaken entirely at the User’s own risk.
By accessing or purchasing any Product, all Users fully release and forever discharge the Merchant from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, accidents, or harms of any kind arising from use, misuse, or implementation of any Product.
This includes, without limitation:
• injury
• allergic reactions
• behavioural escalations
• sensory overload
• emotional distress
• choking hazards
• craft-tool accidents
• property damage
• outdoor hazards
• academic misunderstanding
By using any Product, the User agrees to release the creator from any liability, including injury, accident, or harm that may occur during participation in any hands-on, sensory, or movement-based activities. Discretion, supervision, and environment safety must be ensured at all times.
Products are educational only and do not replace academic, therapeutic, behavioural, psychological, safety, or medical guidance.
13. Indemnification
All Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant against any claims, legal actions, losses, fines, or expenses arising from:
• misuse of Products
• sharing or distributing files
• breach of these Terms & Conditions
• application of Products in unapproved settings
• legal claims relating to injuries or damages
• intellectual property violations
14. Technology & Platform Limitations
The Merchant is not responsible for:
• Sellfy outages or server errors
• download interruptions
• incompatibility with devices or apps
• security breaches caused by User devices
• slow internet or storage limitations
• lack of PDF-viewing capability
15. Privacy & Data Handling
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy applicable to this Sellfy store.
Payment data is managed exclusively by Sellfy’s secure payment providers.
16. Updates & Revisions
Terms & Conditions, pricing, and Product content may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the Store indicates acceptance of all revisions.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Western Australia.
18. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms & Conditions remains valid and enforceable.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions represent the full and complete agreement governing access to the Store and use of all Products.
